Scott: Lost another lb this week. But gained so much more !! I had to get fitted for shirts for our upcoming conference and have always ordered a 4x shirt. The company brought it to my attention they could not order my 4x shirts in the color they had selected, but could in a 3x. Needless to say I was a little scared, but had to give it a shot. AND GUESS WHAT ! IT FIT BABY !! not snug, taught or short, but comfortable and it looked GREAT ! I am so happy and blessed to be apart of this program and can not wait to see other's succeed with this product !

Scott: Hitting the 3 week mark today and I am down a total of 10#'s ! Started at 406 and now I am sitting at 396 ! I can not believe how easy and great this product is ! I feel great, I am getting stronger and most of all I am not HUNGRY !!!

No muffins!!
I've been unable to stay on the muffin diet consistently due to selling out of muffins!!
I usually eat the 'extras' but lately, we cannot bake enough! I guess that's a good thing, but I miss having them available for me, and how I feel when I eat them.
I need to double production ASAP!!!

Hello ALL!
Today is the second week of the rev muffin challenge. I am happy to say that i am sill down 8 lbs. I have not lost anymore weight but i have hit the gym every day this week. I feel great It has become a no Brain er to just grab my muffins for the day and head out the door. I have no cravings for junk food i am full all day and my body tells me when it is time for my next muffin . I have become more aware of he calories in foods that i called easy fix meals. But with this challenge it has brought my mind frame to a "why am i counting calories on packages All i need is Things that don't have calories labeled on them " veggies" Eric I can not thank you enough for giving me my confidence back to have the passion to be healthy again and have a healthy way of life. Thank you for this opportunity. REV IT UP!! Ashlee

Totally Excited!
Good morning challengers! On the second week on the Rev Muffin challenge, I have to say I was kinda disappointed that I hadn't lost that much weight, which I had lost only 2 lbs. I know not only eating the muffins will help me lose weight, but excercise helps a lot more. Since I started exercising more I have lost a total on 7lbs. Lets keep motivated and we can do this!

Scott: Well after 2 weeks in I am down 8 lbs total... Moving right a long, it has become habit every day to grab my bag of muffins and head to work. Tuesday afternoon is set aside for separate muffin day ! I enjoy knowing that I am a part of something that is going to be a huge benefit for EVERYONE ! I can not express enough gratitude to Eric for letting me be a part of this great adventure !

I Feel Great
I am proud to say that after day 8 of the rev muffin Challenge i am 8 lbs lighter. I am not sure if anyone else is having the same issue as me but I i have trouble sometimes getting all four muffins eaten in a day. I work in very busy oral surgeons practice and there is no set schedule it just depends on how long the cases take. so i can't always get them in But i am still not hungry.
I am so grateful to have been picked for this challenge I just had a baby and i was so depressed at how i was going to get back to pre- baby body. Now that i have been on this challenge i have gotten some of my confidence back and i have only been on this for eight days. Thank You ERIC for the muffins and the opportunity to get back to Pre baby weight and start training for triathlons again..... REV MUFFINS ROCK!

8 days and 7lbs !!
8 days on the Rev Muffin Challenge and 7lbs later I am feeling AWESOME !! I started this challenge @ 406lbs and I am currently sitting at 399 ! I can honestly say this program works and can not wait to see the end result after 12 weeks ! Thanks again Eric for letting me be a part of this amazing Challenge and Product !

12 Week Rev Muffin Challenge by Eric Tonips
There are 6 new Rev Muffin Challengers to test out the new Rev Muffin program. I think this will be the most successful test yet. The 6 challengers have only 3 rules to follow - 1. No refined sugars of any kind. 2. No fried foods of any kind. 3. No alcohol of any kind.
Seems easy enough? Oh, and you get one free cheat day to eat whatever you want - satisfy those cravings and get back on the next day.
I forgot to mention that I'm doing it as well, I better practice what I preach. Doing the Rev Muffin Challenge, for me, might just be one of the easiest programs/diets that I have ever done. There are several factors that can cause a dieter to stray from their program - becoming too hungry and lack of planning.
I think I have created a solution for both. The high fiber and high protein content fill you up and keep you fuller longer to avoid too much hunger. With the new format of eating only muffins throughout the day, 4 for women with a 400-500 calorie dinner, and 5 muffins for men with an 800 calorie dinner - it takes the guess work out of what you should be eating.
With this program, it doesn't seem like many calories throughout the day, but for me personally, I have not lost any strength or have any less energy. In fact, I must say that the energy has increased to almost double!
I know it's only been one week for this new program, and I'm not sure if these results will continue at this amazing pace, but it sure adds excitement to the potential of this program is capable of.
There is an average weight loss of 5-10 lbs per person this week.
We have 12 weeks on this program, but it's looking like we may not need all 12....

52 pounds and counting...
Hello all! I'm Sheryl and I've been eating rev muffins for just over six months now. (you can see my blog link on the right side of this blog.) I started with a slightly different program than we are on now, but it's always been the rev muffins helping me with the weight loss.
Eating the 4 muffins a day with a sensible dinner is definitely proving to be easy and effective. :) Looking very forward to my weigh in on Sunday. :) As of last Sunday, I've lost a total of 52 pounds with the help of the rev muffin. Over half way to my total goal of 99 pounds! I look forward to reading about other's experience with these amazing muffins!!!

Rev Muffin ease of use
As you have heard from the other's this is a very simple program. Its just a simple follow directions diet and see the results. Eric has thought of everything to make them easy to use, simple to maintain and most of all ENJOYABLE ! As most diets create a lot of work, this one does not. This is why I think Rev Muffins will succeed in the future, all the work is out of the picture ! Thanks for listening !

Enedelia Conde/One of the Revmuffin Challenger
Eric is right! This is one of the easiest diets I have ever tried. I really like the muffins. They are starting to be filling to me. The fruit in them help with the sugar cravings.
Well, I got started on my second bag o muffins today....this is a pretty easy program to follow. One of the things I struggle with on programs like this is the "planning" of meals. I also find myself always hungry and soon lose interest in planning only to be hungry. I have not been hungry yet, and its easy to plan when its only dinner that you need to consider, the rest of the thinking is done for me! I plan to have a cheat day on Saturday, which will be my Day 10....
