Well, I got started on my second bag o muffins today....this is a pretty easy program to follow. One of the things I struggle with on programs like this is the "planning" of meals. I also find myself always hungry and soon lose interest in planning only to be hungry. I have not been hungry yet, and its easy to plan when its only dinner that you need to consider, the rest of the thinking is done for me! I plan to have a cheat day on Saturday, which will be my Day 10....
