I've been unable to stay on the muffin diet consistently due to selling out of muffins!!
I usually eat the 'extras' but lately, we cannot bake enough! I guess that's a good thing, but I miss having them available for me, and how I feel when I eat them.
I need to double production ASAP!!!

Well I got my batch today, I leave for a four day trip to Orlando for work, I will keep y'all posted on the trials of travel and staying on the program. I am down 7 lbs so far
