12 Week Rev Muffin Challenge by Eric Tonips

 There are 6 new Rev Muffin Challengers to test out the new Rev Muffin program. I think this will be the most successful test yet. The 6 challengers have only 3 rules to follow - 1. No refined sugars of any kind. 2. No fried foods of any kind. 3. No alcohol of any kind.
Seems easy enough? Oh, and you get one free cheat day to eat whatever you want - satisfy those cravings and get back on the next day.
I forgot to mention that I'm doing it as well, I better practice what I preach. Doing the Rev Muffin Challenge, for me, might just be one of the easiest programs/diets that I have ever done. There are several factors that can cause a dieter to stray from their program - becoming too hungry and lack of planning.
 I think I have created a solution for both. The high fiber and high protein content fill you up and keep you  fuller longer to avoid too much hunger. With the new format of eating only muffins throughout the day, 4 for women with a 400-500 calorie dinner, and 5 muffins for men with an 800 calorie dinner - it takes the guess work out of what you should be eating.
 With this program, it doesn't seem like many calories throughout the day, but for me personally, I have not lost any strength or have any less energy. In fact, I must say that the energy has increased to almost double!
 I know it's only been one week for this new program, and I'm not sure if these results will continue at this amazing pace, but it sure adds excitement to the potential of this program is capable of.
 There is an average weight loss of 5-10 lbs per person this week.
 We have 12 weeks on this program, but it's looking like we may not need all 12....
